Hong has been teaching yoga since 2019 at local leisure centers and community centers after achieving Level 3 yoga qualification in UK. She has more than 10 years yoga practice, and a wide knowledge of yoga. Hong teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and yin yoga at Prestatyn and Rhyl ,Abergele leisure centre and community centre and Llanddulas village hall. She likes a mix of Vinyasa, Hatha flow, and yin yoga. The differences is to picture Vinyasa flow as a cardio workout, Hatha yoga as a stretching and flexibility workout, and yin yoga helps to wind down the day. Yoga – Tai Chi Yoga

Hatha yoga was original from Sutras of India.Ha means the sun, tha means the moon. Hatha means the energies of the sun(masculine, active) and the moon (feminine, receptive).Within the body, it unites prana(upward force), with apana(downward force) in the manipura chakra(at the naval center) to release a powerful source of energy.
Hatha yoga is the basic of all yoga and very useful for learning the poses. It is the yoga of the physical postures and is designed to build a strong and healthy body. So the healthy body can carry and nurture the soul.

Vinyasa yoga is a style of modern yoga that uses a series of flowing and dynamic postures and breath sequences. Vinyasa literally means “connection”. It often combines many other styles of yoga and incorporates these into the flows. For this reason vinyasa yoga is commonly referred to “flowing yoga”. Yin yoga is a new style yoga practice. Like Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa yoga are yang energy yoga practice, more active, more strength. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga.It is based of India yoga, traditional Chinese medicine, ancient Chinese Taoism philosophies and Taoist principles which believed there are pathways of Chi(energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. In Yin practice you are asked to relax into the posture, allowing the body to soften and release naturally without pushing or straining, and it works on deeper tissue of the body, such as fascia and ligaments, tendons to increase circulation in the joints , improve flexibility.Yin yoga is a moving meditation. After you get comfortable with a hold, there is several minutes of meditation before the next.Yin allow the body to rest, to recover. Allow the connected tissue to become stronger and longer
