When a woman becomes angry, the stagnant anger chi tends to stay in specific areas of the body, anger chi often gets stuck in the underarm area along the Liver meridian pathway, particularly the breast, thyroid gland and womb .If the anger chi remain stuck, the accumulation of anger chi may lead to various symptoms such as chest tightness, irregular menstruation, it could lead to the development of hyperplasia or nodules in the affected areas.
To release of the stagnant chi and promote emotional harmony, two simple movements can be practiced to release the trapper anger chi, allow it to dissipate and prevent its negative impact on the body and emotions. https://youtube.com/shorts/m5BmvRPTEg0
The two simple movements are:
1. Patting the underarms.
Patting the underarms can be considered a form of “percussive therapy”, that help stimulate the flow of chi in the Liver meridian, disperse stagnant Qi and encourage its smooth circulation throughout the meridian, and stimulate lymphatic drainage, assisting in the removal of toxins and waste products from the body.
2. Gentle pressing/massaging from underarms to side of the waist with fists.
The underarm area and the side of the waist contain important meridians, such as the Lung ,Spleen and Liver meridian .These meridians play a crucial role in the circulation of Qi and blood throughout the body.
Pressing along these pathways can help stimulate the Qi flow and blood flow, so the internal energy can reaches various organs and tissues ,regulate the Liver’s function in storing and releasing, helps to stimulate the flow of chi in the Liver meridian, allowing the anger chi to dispense and move out of the body .By pressing along the underarms and sides of the waist can have a relaxing and tension- relieving effect on the muscles and fascia in these areas, release tension and promote Qi flow.
